In order to complete our team of professionals, we are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk for our Huntingdon office

RESPONSIBILITIES

​

Under the Chief Accountant, the Accounting Clerk will have, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Payable accounts;

• Review invoices received from suppliers and enter them into the accounting system;

• Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.

• Accounts Receivable; Track accounts receivable and send account statements.

• Open mail; post checks. Attend with the end of the month.

  • Perform other administrative duties, including:

• Forward received faxes to the correct department.

• Ensure mail delivery.

• Organize documents. Answer the phone and route to the correct department/person.

REQUIRED PROFILE

​

• DEP, AEC or DEC in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience

• At least 3 years of experience

• English and French bilingualism (spoken essential and written an asset)

• Experience with an ERP system;

• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite;

• Be very rigorous, meticulous and have an eye for detail;

• Organized and dynamic person;

• Maturity and discretion regarding awareness of confidential files;
