In order to complete our team of professionals, we are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk for our Huntingdon office

RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the Chief Accountant, the Accounting Clerk will have, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Payable accounts;

Review invoices received from suppliers and enter them into the accounting system;

Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.

Accounts Receivable; Track accounts receivable and send account statements.

Open mail; post checks. Attend with the end of the month.

Perform other administrative duties, including:

Forward received faxes to the correct department.

Ensure mail delivery.

Organize documents. Answer the phone and route to the correct department/person.
REQUIRED PROFILE
-
DEP, AEC or DEC in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
-
At least 3 years of experience
-
English and French bilingualism (spoken essential and written an asset)

Experience with an ERP system;

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite;
-
Be very rigorous, meticulous and have an eye for detail;

Organized and dynamic person;

Maturity and discretion regarding awareness of confidential files;
