We are currently searching for a Division Director for Kitchen Cabinet Fabrication to complete our team. The Division Director is responsible for all team members, including draftsmen/designers, project managers, after-sales service, installation and logistics. They ensure, among other things, the monitoring, continuity and quality of the service as well as contractual compliance, and makes the necessary corrections.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Priority management

Plan and assign daily tasks for team members

Plan and manage material resources with the buying team

Implement quality control tools and processes
-
Ensure emergency management processes
-
Ensure timely and reliable service
-
Intervene in important client files
-
Be the primary resource for all questions

Ensure that billing and collection is properly executed.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
-
DEC or university degree in administration/business/AEC business management.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the kitchen cabinet fabrication field.

Minimum of five years of team management
