We are currently searching for a Division Director for Kitchen Cabinet Fabrication to complete our team. The Division Director is responsible for all team members, including draftsmen/designers, project managers, after-sales service, installation and logistics. They ensure, among other things, the monitoring, continuity and quality of the service as well as contractual compliance, and makes the necessary corrections.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Priority management

  • Plan and assign daily tasks for team members

  • Plan and manage material resources with the buying team

  • Implement quality control tools and processes

  • Ensure emergency management processes

  • Ensure timely and reliable service

  • Intervene in important client files

  • Be the primary resource for all questions

  • Ensure that billing and collection is properly executed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • DEC or university degree in administration/business/AEC business management.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the kitchen cabinet fabrication field.

  • Minimum of five years of team management

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Excellent team player

  • Sense of fairness and leadership

  • Strong and motivating character that inspires teams to perform

  • Excellent organizational skills. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)

  • Bilingual English- French is an asset.
