We are currently searching for a Human Resources Coordinator to complete our team of professionals.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Coordination and support of the complete HR cycle in close relationship with the Vice-President of Operations. This is a great position for someone who likes to deal with a bit of everything and participate in the implementation of the best HR strategies that an employer can offer. Advanced junior position 2 to 4 years of experience.

RECRUITMENT: Job posting, screening CVs, Contacting candidates and coordinating interviews, participating in interviews

HIRING: Employee hiring and onboarding process

EMPLOYEE SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT: Coordination of disciplinary evaluations and opinions (with team leaders), application of staff retention strategies, coordination of training needs, coordination of social benefits (with the help of the administrative department), coordination holidays and absences.

CNSST: Work with our mutual prevention and management of CNSST files

All other HR-related tasks
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor in admin (Human Resources) or AEC in Human Resources Management

Advanced Junior 2 to 4 years of experience

Bilingual - Active listening and sensitivity

Strong emotional intelligence

Writing in French and English

Critical thinking: observation, analysis and finding solutions

Sense of organization and rigor
