ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

​

• Open the door and receive all the goods;

• Reject damaged goods;

• Inspect and count incoming goods by validating the buyer's original purchase order;

• Indicate missing or incorrect items;

• Unpack, identify and route the goods to the appropriate storage areas;

• Perform stock rotation;

• Drive a forklift;

• Maintain the store and keep it organized;

• Submit claims for damaged shipments.

PROFILE  (5 YEARS OR MORE OF EXPERIENCE A MAJOR ASSET - TRAINING IS AVAILABLE BUT CANDIDATE MUST HAVE AT LEAST BASIC IMPORTANT CRITERIAS

• Very organized, structured, meticulous person (a must);

• Able to implement organizational systems (a must);

• Stress tolerance (a must);

• Comfortable with computers (training available);

• Able to drive a forklift (training available);

• Ability to work in a team, to communicate with all levels of the organization and to adapt quickly to change;

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly make sound decisions based on experience and judgement, even when you have incomplete information and/or are under pressure;

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cooperate with others to achieve results.
