We are currently searching for an electromechanic to complete our production team.

CORE TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

​

• Participate in the installation of new equipment and collaborate on improvement and automation projects;

• Implement and maintain a documented maintenance schedule;

• Maintain and repair production equipment;

• Troubleshoot machinery problems, document interventions and solutions, share with supervisors and operators;

• Support production activities to minimize downtime;

• Analyze failures to provide solutions;

• Assist in the development of the preventive maintenance system and parts inventory;

• Contact equipment manufacturers for support;

• Contact suppliers to order parts and coordinate with purchasing;

• Participate in operator training in machine operation;

• Building maintenance

REQUIRED SKILLS

​

• Diploma in electromechanics;

• 5 years of experience in a similar position;

• Mastery of mechanical and electrical concepts related to production equipment;

• Thorough and organized, resourceful and independent;

• Communicator and negotiator with partners and suppliers

• Permanent, full-time hours

• 38 hours over 4 days/week

• No weekends
